At Talvioren™, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to make the return process as easy and fair as possible.

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Items should be returned in the original packaging when possible.
• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) is required.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other concerns.

If your return is approved, our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.

Please be aware that shipping fees paid at checkout are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
